Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely
happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. We are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
Custom
bags: Customer must inspect item upon receipt
and notify us if there is a problem with the item. Items must be returned within one week of receipt. Full refunds, less shipping,
will be given for structural defects only.
Baby wraps & Carriers: Returns and exchanges must be in sellable condition, including all of the original
packaging and literature/videos/DVDs. There is a $5 restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. Returns
must be sent priority mail and insured for the full retail value, not sale value.
If the carrier has been washed or is obviously worn, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Please contact us if you have an item to return. If you would like to return an item, we must be contacted within 3
days of receipt. Returns must be mailed within 4 days of receipt (paypal confirmation date) unless prior arrangements
have been mail.
Returns not confirmed by insured USPS tracking numbers after 7 days will not be accepted. If you have any questions
